Fitness Classes: Fitness classes will offer flexibility in cost and schedule. Designed to suit a wide spectrum of general fitness and athletic needs, classes offer different takes on traditional, functional and restorative training formats to engage and challenge you pursue your health, fitness and performance goals in a positive and encouraging environment.
Performance Classes: Performance classes offer all the same benefits as fitness classes but are designed for the dynamic needs of competitive athletes. These classes will increase the general fitness capability of our athletes and improve explosiveness, speed, agility, reaction, mobility, mental toughness – and build character.
Specialized
Skills Training: Athletes develop and refine sport-specific skills in a motivating and controlled environment. You’ll have access to rent space for specific periods of time for distraction-free and focused skill training. Our hockey players will have access to a Rapid Shot training system that provides feedback and international ranking for puck shooting.
Skills Coaching: Need fine tuning of specific skills, or want to accelerate your approach to improving technique and execution? Private skills coaching will take the guess-work out of training. Our qualified and professional coaches will guide you through the right drills at the right time, aiming to refine bio-mechanical patterns while training our athletes on how to train. Perfect practice will be expressed as perfect play.
Mental/Meta-Cognitive: As more and more athletes and active adults adopt pursue a performance-training lifestyle, the opportunity to gain an edge on your competition is growing smaller and smaller. While many players understand the importance of mental training, few employ actual tools and techniques to improve this aspect of your performance. Through partnerships, print, digital tools, workshops and coaching, members will have access to an evidence-based mental and meta-cognitive training protocols, and techniques that integrate seamlessly with the other components of your training and lifestyle.
