The pricing of our services is not officially published on our website for the reason that we could not possibly set fixed and accurate price rates, since the complexity and amount of work of a project could greatly vary from one project to another.

We have established a practice of preparing a free of obligation quote for every project.
We reserve the right to revise and amend the initially prepared quote if any changes or additions to the project occur. The client will be notified of all changes in the pricing and we will only proceed further after approval and acceptance of the price amendments by the client.
Volume work discounts are available.
Expedited delivery service is available at additional cost.
Generally, we require payment only after the client has reviewed the files on our secured preview server and is fully satisfied with the results. After receiving the payment, we grant the client access to all source files by activating a “Download” button.

Upfront and partial payments
We do not require upfront payment. However, in certain cases, regarding projects coming from new clients and / or projects with an estimated price for a coding service higher than 400 USD, we may require payment corresponding to a certain volume of work done and approved by the client, and then proceed forward with the project.
If the client is not satisfied with the results and provides reasonable and legitimate grounds while the code is still being reviewed on our staging preview server, we'll issue a refund.
Cancellation of project
The client has the full right to cancel their order at any time. The following rules apply:
- The client is exempt from payment if they cancel their order before we start working on it.
- In case the development has started, the client is obligated to make a payment corresponding to the volume of work done prior to project cancellation.
If you're based in EU and don't have a VAT number, you'll be charged VAT which varies between 18% and 25% depending on your country's regulations.
htmlBoutique provides an itemized invoice for each project. Each project receives an invoice immediately after the corresponding project payment has been made.
Start a project
Before starting work on the project we’ll perform a review of the provided assets (design files, specification and / or requirements documents, etc.).
A project is considered accepted and we start working on it only after:
- clarifying the requirements for the project, and
- coming to an agreement on the price, timeline and the expected deliverables
Тhe delivery turnarounds may vary depending on the complexity of every particular project.

htmlBoutique.com offers a free and life-time support regarding bugs and fixes on projects conducted by our team. However, all additional requests that are out of the initial project scope may be charged based on our judgment.
We reserve the right to refuse to work on projects containing pornography, violence, illegal materials and / or any content we consider explicit, offensive, and / or generally unacceptable and / or prompts to illegal or immoral actions. Also, the client is completely responsible for all content and materials in relation to the project, concerning its legacy and political and social correctness.
